I’m a Product and UX Designer with over 6 years of experience, my last position was leading a team of designers at a US-based SaaS Transportation company. Skilled in human-centered design, UX research, and team leadership. Passionate about fostering collaborative, healthy work environments that empower people and deliver impactful digital experiences. Always focused on aligning product strategy with real user needs.
Before transitioning into design, I worked as an English teacher. This experience deeply shaped my ability to empathize, adapt to different needs, and communicate effectively—skills that directly translate to user experience work. Each student had a different pace and style of learning. What worked well for one often didn’t work for another, so I continuously adjusted my approach to meet individual needs. Some students needed more detailed guidance and reassurance, while others were more independent and benefited from a challenge. Over time, I developed various strategies and materials to personalize lessons and ensure each student felt supported. In addition, I often had to consider external factors affecting performance—some students faced difficult situations at home that impacted their learning. I stayed in close communication with parents and guardians to align expectations and provide extra support when needed. This experience taught me the importance of active listening, stakeholder communication, and designing for different types of users—core principles in UX. Just like designing for users with different needs and pain points, teaching required constant iteration, empathy, and problem-solving to create better outcomes for each student.

I joined Trimble to work as a UX/UI Designer for a specific product. I saw that the UX area needed help in the Transportation sector as a whole, and hopefully for me also did leadership. So I was encharged to lead the UX team in Brazil and help shape up the UX process with all Trimble Transportation products. I’m also working on user research initiatives for the Transformation of our Legacy products, gathering requirements, and designing a new experience for Vehicle inspections. It’s been challenging and amazing!
I worked as a UX/UI specialist creating amazing e-commerce sites for customers. Had direct contact with them and sometimes with some final users. Did a lot of market research as well. It was a remote company, so I was not able to do field research, but for sure learned a lot about how to build good communication with customers. Working at this company helped me learn more about customer needs and work closely with the product team.
I worked as an intern on digital products for cities and states in Brazil, there were a lot of different products that helped to organize cities and states' bills and staff. I was able to explore design systems and also learned more about agile methodologies and working directly with the development teams.
I started out as an Intern participating in wireframe creation, field studies, card sorting dynamics with customers, interviews, and usability testing. This was kind of my introduction to UX research. During this period I started working for them as a freelancer doing landing pages for companies like Coca-cola, BRF, and Descomplica.
